Each custom design is crafted with high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail. Pricing varies based on complexity, fabrics, and embellishments.

Custom commissions start at $1,500 and range up to $5,000.

The Commission Process

Bringing your dream gown to life is a collaborative and personalized experience. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Initial Inquiry Start by reaching out via the contact form below or email me at email@madelineshayne.com. Please include:
    • Your wedding or event date
    • Your budget (if known)
    • Any reference images that inspire your vision
  2. Consultation & Booking After reviewing your reference images, we’ll discuss the project timeline and an estimated budget. To secure your commission slot, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required at this point, along with any necessary measurements for a custom fit.
  3. Design & Material Sourcing Once the deposit is received, I will begin sketching design concepts and sourcing materials to provide a final quote and help us to finalize the design of your gown.
  4. Design Approval & Payment Upon approval of the final design, 50% of the commission fee (minus the $200 deposit) will be due before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the gown.
  5. Creation & Fittings Your gown will be meticulously crafted over the agreed timeline. Fittings are available for local clients but are not required.
  6. Final Payment & Delivery Once completed, your gown will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, or arranged for local pickup. Payment is due upon pickup, or prior to shipment of the gown.
